Great to have you.

The man makes incredible, often profoundly moving music in my opinion. The Feersum Ennjin EP is awesome.

You should check out the old Replicants album too, if you're into Failure. It's Greg/Ken from Failure + Paul/Chris from Lusk doing covers of songs they enjoyed growing up. Most of the record feels very Failure. Plus Maynard shows up too. Of course you may know all of this already. :)

Thanks for joining. Hopefully more will follow! :E

If you use SoulSeek, I can arrange to have it available for you there?

Re: Great to have you.

I'm so sorry I didn't email you back right away; it's been a busy week for me! I have got both albums, and I love them! Thank you so much for sending them my way, I'm going to see if I can make them torrents and share.

Paul D' Amour

...is bloody briliant in my eyes. Lusk was definitely his and Chris Pittman's project, which I have absolutely loved for so long now, but Feersum Ennjin goes in the same direction but with more balls. I always wondered what the next "Lusk album" might have sounded like - this is it!

"Silly Love Songs" rules!

Welcome Wordsmith

Yeah, I was obsessed with the Lusk album for a healthy chunk of my life. What a remarkable piece of work. I'd still love to know how they mixed all those instruments like that. That album seems like a place to me. What other stuff do you listen to?

Thanks for joining!

Re: Welcome Wordsmith

check out my profile - its all there. I'm heavily into classical music these days but am hanging out like a dog,s panting tongue for Tool's new album!

It's interesting you say that Free Mars "sounds like a place". Of course, it is Mars, but not just any old Mars. I have a fair suspicion that it's the Mars of Philip K. Dick (Martian Time Slip and possibly Three Stigmata of Palmer Aldritch). I wrote a short story called "Sad Summer Sea" that was based on the feeling that I always had when I heard "My Good Fishwife".
